Our Localized Fire Suppression represents an indirect engineered, or pre-engineered RotorMist system.   The system consists of cylinders, pipework, detection tube and specialized nozzles whereby the design is built where the ignition location is identified or can be anticipated through a comprehensive risk assessment. 

The system utilizes rotors in the cylinders and specialized discharged nozzles to propel foam, water and pressurized air or nitrogen mixture in a pulse flow to create a fine mist.   The ultra-fine mist ranging between from 50 to 100 microns in size and the mist possess enough kinetic energy to overcome heat convection and rapidly absorbs heat from flames and the surrounding surfaces, creating a cooling effect that decreases the fire’s temperature and aids its suppression.  In addition, the mist displaces the oxygen around the fire which is essential for combustion.
